Top10Clinics helps people discover, compare, and contact clinics. We publish clinic information, education guides, comparison tools, review workflows, and lead request forms. We are not a clinic, hospital, insurer, broker, payment provider, or emergency service.

Clinic profiles, prices, services, languages, opening hours, availability, and contact details can change. Users should confirm important details directly with the clinic before booking, travelling, paying a deposit, or starting treatment.

No medical advice

Content on Top10Clinics is for general information and clinic selection support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Medical suitability, treatment risks, expected outcomes, medication questions, and aftercare depend on individual circumstances and must be confirmed with an appropriately qualified clinician.

Accounts, enquiries, and clinic claims

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, reviews, or account details. Clinics and clinic representatives agree that claim requests, profile updates, commercial requests, and verification requests must be accurate and may require manual review before public trust labels change.

Top10Clinics may decline, edit, queue, or remove submitted content when it appears inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, promotional without disclosure, abusive, spammy, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Reviews and user submissions

Reviews must reflect a real experience and may be moderated before publication. Clinics cannot edit user reviews. Negative reviews are not removed because a clinic pays Top10Clinics. Reviews may be held, rejected, or investigated when verification is missing, conflicts of interest are not disclosed, or suspicious activity is detected.

Sponsored and verified listings

Paid placements, sponsored rankings, promoted profiles, and verified profile packages must be labelled clearly. Payment does not automatically approve clinic claims, verified reviews, clinical credentials, medical claims, or organic trust-score changes. Sponsored visibility is separate from editorial and safety review.

Limits and service changes

Top10Clinics may update platform features, route enquiries, pause unsafe workflows, correct information, investigate suspected abuse, and change these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from the posted date.
